Elijah’s Old Buffalo

A Bourbon barrel aged pastry stout. Aged for 1 year in freshly emptied bourbon casks and then a second year in select barrels provided by our friends at Jubilation Wine and Spirits. After its lengthy nap in barrels we aged it on 5 lbs per bbl of toasted hazelnuts. The beer is a delightfully sweet and boozy treat for cold nights. Notes of milk chocolate, nutella and vanilla.
