Mise En Place
This little table saison was designed and brewed by our brewer Matt, using Saaz hops, Grains of Paradise, Pilsner and unmalted wheat. Notes of honey, clove, and dry saison esters were all very prominent in the base beer, which we took and added wild yeast to and allowed it several months to condition, it results in a funky, light, effervescent easy drinking table beer.
The Cherry Tree (And Other Myths)
A blend of hand selected mixed culture barrels from our wood cellar. We added over 500# of fresh Oregon Grown Bing and Montmorency cherries to in secondary fermentation. This beer is tart, bursting with notes of cherry pie, vanilla, with a balanced acidity.

An often overlooked style of beer, this barrel aged Scotch Ale is not to be missed! Rich caramel malty goodness with massive notes of vanilla, whiskey, toffee, and brown sugar make this beer is a delicious treat.
Perle Haggard Pils
Traditional German style Pilsner. Sweet bready malt, straw, notes of honey, floral, earthy, noble hoppy crisp finish, refreshing.
Puff Puff Passion
Tart, tropical fruit, and juicy hops. Dry hopped kettle sour brewed with Mosaic and Simcoe hops, fermented with passionfruit.
